Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://drainxplumbingandrooter.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description. This Site describes Drain Cleaning, Rooter Service, Leak Repair, Sewer Repair, Water Heater Installation, Emergency Plumbing, Residential Plumbing, Commercial Plumbing provided by Drain x plumbing and rooter. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Drain x plumbing and rooter or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Drain x plumbing and rooter may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Drain x plumbing and rooter disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Drain x plumbing and rooter arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Drain x plumbing and rooter from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Choice of Law. CA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
